ServiceBridge is a marketplace. Sitters are independent. They are not employees of ServiceBridge.

You must be 18 or older to request care. You describe the dog, dates, budget, and emergency contact honestly.

A request is not a booking. A quote is not a booking. A booking exists only after you authorize the quote and the sitter accepts. The app will not skip those steps.

You pay the sitter's rate. Under the default pricing model there is no added customer fee. Card processing, if Stripe test or live keys are later connected, is described on the economics page.

Do not send a sitter's phone number to anyone else. You receive it only after a booking is confirmed.
