ServiceBridge is a marketplace. Sitters are independent. They are not employees of ServiceBridge.

Accounts stay while they are in use. Closing an account is a manual step in this version.

Leads that are not verified are marked stale after 45 days. Keep lead records no longer than 24 months, then delete or anonymize them. This time limit is a draft operating rule, not legal advice.

Suppression-list entries are kept so an opt-out is not forgotten. Audit logs are kept 24 months in this draft.

Opt out any time at the opt-out page. That stops further email to that address, including follow-ups.
